Like so many women navigating life after 50, I found myself lost in a sea of change—my energy depleted, my confidence shaken, my reflection unfamiliar. At 60, after the end of a long-term relationship, I was heartbroken, burnt out, and barely hanging on. I moved into a one-bedroom apartment with little more than my dog and a few belongings, unsure of who I was or where I was going. My days became a blur of poor habits, too much wine and too little sleep.
Then life gave me a literal wake-up call. A fall while walking my dog left me flat on my back—physically and emotionally. Lying there, I realized:
It was time to get my life together. I made a decision that changed everything.
To rise. To get strong. To rebuild.
I began moving my body with purpose, lifting weights in my tiny apartment gym. I started nourishing myself—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I let go of old patterns and began reconnecting with the woman I knew I was capable of becoming.
And slowly, I transformed—not just my body, but my confidence, my mindset, and my entire life.
Today, I’m in the best shape of my life—not because I’m chasing youth, but because I chose to show up for myself, fully and unapologetically.

Yes! The program is flexible and meets you where you are, with low-impact workouts to help you build strength safely.
Strength-based, low-impact workouts you can do at home or in the gym, with progressive levels to help you improve. This program does not include fitness machine workouts. You'll receive a new workout every 4-6 weeks.
