Breaking Up with Lack

Are you beginning to feel like “Lack” has become your new bff? You know, always there by your side. If so, maybe it’s time for something new. There are times in our lives when we outgrow our friendships, our relationships, our jobs, our habits, even our ways of thinking. Our old way of thinking no longer serves our present day desires; we’ve grown. It can be challenging when we out grow friends and relationships, as we don’t seem to have as much in common as we used to. And it can be painful when we must do the inevitable; end our relationship, be it a person, job, or otherwise.

I propose it’s time we break up with Lack and her friends Worry, Stress and Anxiety. I don’t know about you, but I’ve hosted too many get together with these friends of fear. Not only are they time consuming, but also energy consuming. How can we see all the good that surrounds our life if we are focused on lack?
